At Fine Line we believe a well-designed interior space reflects a clients personality and background. This project represents the owners perfectly by exploring their culture, travels, and family creativity. The contemporary aesthetic begins with neutrals and then comes alive with sculptural décor that greatly enriches the interiors. Bold artwork and colors impact the environment and create a gallery like feel while the neutral palette keeps the space intimate and cozy. Photography and Artwork created by family and friends adorn the space and give rise to memories of cherished times.
The 3000 square foot apartment overlooks Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove. It has three bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms and a den.
Design Highlights include: A Forest Green custom architectural mirror, Elitis wallpaper manipulated to create a live wall, and a minimalistic edepova pressurized bookcase.
