This 5,000-square-foot, Mediterranean-style home in the heart of Coral Gables featuring five-and-a-half baths and six bedrooms was purchased by a young family who recently moved to Miami from New York.
Recognizing that this family enjoys high fashion, elegance, and entertaining, we incorporated a combination of raw and refined elements to populate a luxe environment. At the same time, we designed the family living spaces to be casual and low maintenance to accommodate entertaining family and friends.
Unique standout details include textured wallpapers and custom paint finishes throughout the house, including natural cork, silver leaf, and suede walls. The home also features vintage furnishings throughout, including pieces by Warren Planter and custom lighting by Lindsey Adelman. Additionally, to accommodate the couple’s need to work from home, we created a home office environment with luxurious, high lacquered walls in vintage wine and custom wall unit and desk. Sheer silk Donghia drapes give the finishing touch.
